Assistive Technology (AT) enables people with disabilities to participate more fully in all aspects of their lives (home, school, and community).
AT can also help students access their right to a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
* Who could benefit from assistive technology?
* What qualifies as AT?
* Where should these supports be documented?
* When should AT be considered?
* Why is AT such a mystery?
This workshop will look to find answers to these questions and others, as well as explore available tools and resources.
