The Capital Area Down Syndrome Association (CADSA) mission is to provide resources, education, advocacy and community awareness for people with Down syndrome and their families in mid-Michigan. CADSAs objective is to enhance the lives of people living with Down syndrome so they can reach their potential and be valued members of our community. CADSA measures success in the number of people they can help with the quality of programs and services they provide.
