Adaptive Ski Association of West Michigan (ASAWM) provides lessons and the use of adaptive downhill ski equipment to people with disabilities in West Michigan. By developing the unique abilities of each skier, CCSA fosters a level of self confidence that carries over into other aspects of life. Participants learn to do things they thought were impossible.

Camp ALEC

Camp ALEC is a literacy camp for children with physical disabilities who use AAC devices to communicate. The camp offers regular recreational activities and also daily work on literacy- related activities taught by educational specialists. Offers 1 on 1 care if needed.

Skyline Camp & Retreat Center

Camp Skyline offers a variety of recreational and social camps for for children and adults with special needs from ages 13-30+. The week long camp sessions accept 35-40 campers, and are staffed by about 25-30 adults, including health-care specific staff. Camp Skyline is located in Alma and staff meet with first-time campers before camp to make sure they have the right staffing and programming to meet the camper's needs.

Bloomfield Hills Special Camp

Bloomfield Hills Special Camp (SCAMP) provides a quality summer program for individuals with disabilities ages 3-26+ in Metro Detroit. Therapeutic recreation is at the core of the SCAMP program where campers enjoy age and skill appropriate activities from a caring staff that look forward to working with your child. Some activities include swimming in Walnut Lake, arts & crafts, music therapy, social skill development, and language activities.

FAR Therapeutic Arts and Recreation

FAR Therapeutic Arts and Recreation promotes understanding and provides education for children and adults with special needs through therapeutic opportunities in the arts, recreation and leisure that enrich its clients, their families and the greater community. Programs include Camp FAR Out, which is a two-week inclusion creative arts camp for children ages 3-16. All groups, along with their counselors, rotate among fun-filled therapeutic activity sessions including music, art, recreation and movement. To cap off all our wonderful activities, we will have a public performance on the last day for friends and family to enjoy.

Clarkston Special Camp

Clarkston Special Camp (SCAMP) is a five week summer day camp for children and young adults with special needs. SCAMP provides recreational and social opportunities under the supervision of highly trained staff. Financial aid is available in limited amounts for eligible families

Bay Cliff Health Camp

Bay Cliff is a year-round, nonprofit therapy and wellness center for children and adults with physical disabilities. At Bay Cliff children work towards goals of increased independence and living a fuller life. Some activities inclue an adaptive paddling workshop, a health and wellness retreat for polio survivors, winter recreation for the children and adults that attend summer programs, and other family programs. Bay Cliff also partners with non-profit organizations and schools interested in conducting programs at camp.

Greenville Optimist Camp

The Greenville Optimist Camp for Persons with Disabilities is a summer camp which serves adults and children who have received or are receiving Special Education services, regardless of age or ability to pay. The Camp is an overnight tent camping experience and offers fishing, boating, swimming, arts/crafts, nature experiences, trips, and nightly campfires.
