Family Hope Foundation is an established non-profit organization providing resources, activities, support, and funding for therapies to families of children with special needs in West Michigan. Those needs may be physical, emotional, or developmental.
Family Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs
The parent-directed section of CSHCS is named the Family Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs. We help shape CSHCS policies and procedures and help families navigate CSHCS. We also offer health resource information and emotional support to all Michigan families of children with special needs. To call on us, enrollment in CSHCS is not required. Student Advocacy Center
The Student Advocacy Center of Michigan has been a voice for students since 1975. SAC works to assist our most vulnerable students stay in school, realize their rights to a quality public education, and experience success. Our services include education advocacy and support, education mentoring (Check and Connect), youth voice, and family support. We believe all students deserve a quality public education and that educators deserve the resources, respect and support to make that happen.
Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan
The Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan provides low cost or free mediation to help resolve almost any type of dispute. These include and are not limited to special education, divorce, parenting time, contracts, consumer, landlord-tenant, neighborhood, employment. The center covers 7 counties: Kent, Ionia, Lake, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, Osceola.

Kids Empowered Coaching and Counseling
Self esteem building counseling for children with ADHD, anxiety, or depression. Offers groups, one-on-one coaching and counseling, plus summer day camps for kids ages 4-6, 7-11 and in middle school.
Autism Support of Kent County
Autism Support of Kent County (ASK) works to provide services that make it possible for individuals with autism to lead healthier and more productive lives! ASK funds programs, worth over $40,000 annually, for individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families! Current programs include Music Therapy, funds for disadvantaged students in our ASD classrooms, Special Olympics basketball and/or poly hockey teams, and recreational outings (Holiday Party, Summer Picnic, Easter Egg Hunt and other family events).
