Eastern Upper Peninsula Community Dispute Resolution Center

The Eastern Upper Peninsula Community (EUP) Dispute Resolution Center offers citizens of Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac Counties the opportunity to mediate disagreements, determine their own solutions, and resolve differences using a process that is respectful and educational. The EUP is an alternative to the court process. The EUP mediates any on-violent dispute including but not limited to Special Education/School Truancy, Parenting Time, Landlord/Tenant, Adult Guardianship, Child Protection, Small Claims and any disputes involving the needs of parents and children.

Can assist you in knowing your rights, effectively communicating your child's needs, and advising how to help them develop and learn. Their Parent Mentors can assist you in navigating the educational system and are knowledgeable about state and local resources.
