Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health

Developmental Enhancement (DE) Behavioral Health provides a wide array of behavioral health services for children and adolescents who may be experiencing developmental, behavioral or emotional difficulties. DE's psychologists and social workers specialize in working with children, and have extensive training and a high level of expertise in both assessment and treatment. DE's services are well-founded in an in-depth knowledge of how children develop and grow over time.

Mid-Michigan Autism Association

Mid-Michigan Autism Association is made up of local people working to improve the quality of life for individuals and families living with developmental disability in Mid-Michigan. In 2008 MMAA was started by a small group of parents and professionals who wanted to understand best treatment options and local resources for our kids with autism. Early on we identified that the work we were doing applied to families living with developmental disabilities of all kinds. Thus the by line Autism Driven, not Autism Specific.

Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan

The Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan serves individuals with epilepsy and their families throughout the state of Michigan. The Foundation provides a variety of programs and services, including education and consultation services, an annual conference, individual and public policy advocacy, monthly educational conference calls, epilepsy awareness and first aid trainings, social and enrichment programs, self-management programs, and Camp Discovery. Through these services, Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan helps people with epilepsy to reach their goals while working to build a society that understands and supports them in their efforts.

Autism Support of Michigan

The mission of the Autism Support of Michigan is to assure full participation and self-determination in every aspect of life for each individual. We will realize this vision by opening avenues of self-advocacy and advocating on behalf of others in a way that values equity, respect, dignity and diversity in all communities. ASM is committed to empowering individuals with autism and their families by offering educational resources and materials, workshops, seminars and other services. ASM advocates "Making Human Connections" in a supportive, integrated community is a right of all persons.

Community Housing Network

The Community Housing Network (CHN) is committed to providing homes for people in need through proven strategies of homelessness prevention, housing assistance and development, community education and referral, advocacy, and additional services. CHN helps people who are homeless, people with disabilities, and anyone in housing crisis. The CHN Housing Resource Center, a one-stop-shop for all things housing, directs people to resources at CHN and other organizations.

Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan

The Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan provides low cost or free mediation to help resolve almost any type of dispute. These include and are not limited to special education, divorce, parenting time, contracts, consumer, landlord-tenant, neighborhood, employment. The center covers 7 counties: Kent, Ionia, Lake, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, Osceola.

DeafBlind Central

DeafBlind Central (DB Central) maintains the belief that individuals who are DeafBlind share equally in the respect, opportunity, and life enjoyment afforded to all individuals. DB Central are committed to advancing the recognition of the unique needs presented by DeafBlindness by promoting individualized, systematic instruction and family-centered planning processes. DB Central serves children and young adults age birth through twenty-one who are suspected of having both a hearing AND a vision loss or difficulty in processing auditory and visual information. Young adults ages twenty-two to twenty-six who are DeafBlind will receive referral services to adult service agencies.
