Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan (CLF) is a statewide organization that provides education, financial assistance and emotional support to Michigan families affected by leukemia, lymphoma and related blood disorders. CLF offers a variety of services that help to meet the needs of its patients and families. The mission of Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan is to provide and promote compassionate, personalized support to adults and children in Michigan affected by leukemia, lymphoma and other blood related disorders.

State of Michigan Post Adoption Resource Centers

The post adoption resource centers provide support through the life-long journey of adoption. The centers provide individuals under the age of 21, who were adopted from Michigan's foster care system or who were adopted in Michigan through an international adoption or direct consent/direct placement adoption and their families with support, education, training, advocacy, information, service coordination and case management services. Services are also available to children under the age of 18 who were placed in guardianship from Michigan's foster care system and who are eligible for Michigan's guardianship assistance program. There are 8 centers that serve various geographical regions of Michigan.

Envision Center is an organization providing services to individuals with Autism and their families. Services include Assertive Community Treatment, housing, employment, crisis, case management, outpatient behavioral, youth services, peer supports and mentors and substance abuse.

Unified- HIV Health and Beyond

Unified- HIV Health and Beyond is a multi-service center providing services to residents of Southeast Michigan living with or affected by HIV. The organization provides a resource database and provides the following services: condom distribution, food pantry, syringe access, health insurance navigation, Hepatitis C testing, HIV testing, housing assistance, linkage to care, case management, outreach services, PrEP protects, prisoner re-entry services, statewide HIV/STI hotline, and support groups

Summit Pointe

Summit Pointe helps those with mental health issues and developmental disability reclaim their independence, regain confidence and learn skills necessary for success. Education is provided to enhance individual skill and help individuals realize their potential. Services provided include autism services, community treatment, therapy, housing and case management.
