Forever Friends Network and Lapeer County Intermediate School District partner to provide this free informational session to parents of students with Autism and other developmental disabilities pertaining to life after school.  Topics include Customized Employment, the Discovery Process, Guardianship, and tools for planning for the future and setting goals to achieve maximum success and independence.  Time will be allotted for collaboration and networking

Organization providing programs for new and expectant parents, recreation programs, social programs, and employment programs for residents of Southeast Michigan. The website also provides resource information (including a medical directory and education).

Northeast Michigan Community Service Area

An organization in northeast Michigan that provides services such as heat and utility assistance, food programs, homebuyer and foreclosure education programs, weatherization assistance programs, school success programs, and services for pregnant women and children 5 and under.

Free Health Clinics of Michigan

Free Clinics of Michigan (FCOM) is a network of volunteer-staffed free clinics that provide health care services to the uninsured or medically underserved within the State of Michigan.

Camp Skyline

Camp Skyline offers a variety of recreational and social camps for for children and adults with special needs from ages 13-30+. The week long camp sessions accept 35-40 campers, and are staffed by about 25-30 adults, including health-care specific staff. Camp Skyline staff meet with first-time campers before camp to make sure they have the right staffing and programming to meet the camper's needs.

Wings of Mercy of East Michigan

Wings of Mercy is a volunteer pilot organization that assists patients in need of transportation to distant medical facilities.

The Friendship Circle

Friendship Circle of Michigan is a non-profit organization affiliated with Lubavitch of Michigan. Friendship Circle provides assistance and support to 3,000 individuals with special needs and their families by providing recreational, social, educational and vocational programming. Friendship Circle also provides support to individuals and families struggling with isolation, addiction and other family-related crises.

Forever Friends Network

Forever Friends Network is a 24/7 support group for friends and families that have a child or a loved one on the Autism Spectrum. Our socials offer peer to peer support and parent to parent support. We truly understand the everyday struggles of Autism and how it affects your everyday life.
