Autism Support & Resource Center servev Genesee County and neighboring communities. The resource center exist to provide social, recreational and life skill experiences to those living with autism across the lifespan.

Capital Area Michigan Works! (CAMW) is a network of resources for employers and career seekers. CAMW partnerS with businesses to develop recruiting and retention strategies, and they partner with job seekers to enhance education and career opportunities. Capital Area Michigan Works! has three Job Centers in Charlotte, Lansing and St. Johns that provide mid-Michigan employers and career seekers with the best resources to fulfill their employment needs.
Lakestate Industries is a vocational training organization for people with disabilities. Lakestate is dedicated to helping people recognize and maximize their abilities, overcome barriers, and support them in reaching their highest level of employment and community inclusion. Lakestate Industries provides work training and job placement.
The Disability Services Resource Center (DSRC), formerly known as the Bay County Society for Crippled Children and Adults serves individuals who are temporarily and permanently disabled by helping them remain and/or become part of their community to the fullest extent of their ability. DSRC offers five main programs through the organization that are at no cost to the consumer. The five main programs are Ramp Building, Campership, Disability Awareness Training, Medical Loan Closet, Adaptive Sports/Sporting events.
Disability Network/ Ann Arbor is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the success of children, youth and adults with disabilities at home, at school, at work and in the community.
Disability Network Eastern Michigan is the disability resource of the thumb and works with individuals, their families and other organizations and agencies to help people with disabilities live independently. This includes information and referrals, advocacy services, peer support, independent living skills, and transition services.
Compassionate Heart Ministry is a safe, Christ centered drop in center for young people and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities. We offer a place where friendships and relationships can develop through our mentor based program. Whether it is shooting pool, playing video games, watching movies or just hanging out with new friends and old friends, Compassionate Heart is that place where everyone will feel loved, accepted, and included.
The Capital Area College Access Network (CapCAN) is a collaborative community network dedicated to increasing the college attainment rate of the Capital Area. CapCAN’s mission is to increase college and post secondary readiness, participation, and completion. CapCAN targets support and services to low-income, communities of color, and first-generation students.
