The Association for Children's Mental Health (ACMH) is a statewide, non-profit family organization dedicated to meeting the needs of families of children and youth with serious emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. ACMH provides the following services to families and community partners across Michigan: Parent-to-Parent Support; Education, Networking & Leadership Opportunities including an annual Conference; Regional Training, Leadership Camp and other Special Events; Information Dissemination, Referral, Outreach and Systems Advocacy; Family Support Groups, Assistance & Advocacy; Youth Involvement & Leadership Opportunities.

Autism Support of Kent County

Autism Support of Kent County (ASK) works to provide services that make it possible for individuals with autism to lead healthier and more productive lives! ASK funds programs, worth over $40,000 annually, for individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families! Current programs include Music Therapy, funds for disadvantaged students in our ASD classrooms, Special Olympics basketball and/or poly hockey teams, and recreational outings (Holiday Party, Summer Picnic, Easter Egg Hunt and other family events).

Community Inclusive Recreation (CIR) provides a wide variety of activities for the mind and body through artistic, recreational and social programs for people with disabilities. CIR seeks to build awareness and to create opportunities for people of all abilities to participate in the life of the community as fully as possible. Services range from individual support to fully inclusive community activities by guiding healthy activity choices, providing accessible transportation, financial assistance, and connections to a variety of fun activities.
