Disability Network Southwest Michigan provides advocacy, education, peer support, information and referral, transition and independent living services to individuals with disabilities. Offices in Kalamazoo and St. Joseph.

Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired

The Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired offers assistance to people with visual impairment and blindness. The organization provides low vision services, rehabilitation, education, and vision aids. Low Vision Clinics are located in Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon and Ludington.

Family Hope Foundation

Family Hope Foundation is an established non-profit organization providing resources, activities, support, and funding for therapies to families of children with special needs in West Michigan. Those needs may be physical, emotional, or developmental.

Kid At Heart Therapy

We specialize in providing pediatric in-home therapy for children ages birth through eighteen years with a variety of disorders and conditions including prematurity, torticollis/plagiocephaly, developmental delays, dyspraxia, genetic syndromes, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, spina bifida, autism spectrum disorders, and others.
