Through our crisis line and in person, we provide professional and compassionate service to more than 80,000 people each year. Origami Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive brain injury treatment from residential (18 years and older), Day Program, Outpatient, and Community Based Programs for individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury. We utilize a holisitic, interdisciplinary team approach to treating brain injury.
Deaf Community Advocacy Network (DEAF C.A.N.!) provides services to the thousands of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people living in our area. DEAF C.A.N.! offers direct client services to individuals and families, as well as community education and information for professional groups. DEAF C.A.N.! provides a full array of services to the Deaf & Hard of Hearing communities in southeastern Michigan.
Michigan Community Dental Clinics has several dental clinics located throughout the state that provide dental services to adults and children on Medicaid, as well as low-income, non-insured individuals. Non-Medicaid patients are provided dental services at a reduced fee.

Strive Recreational Therapy Services provides Recreational Therapy services for individuals with disabilities within their own home and community. Our services bridge the gap from what is learned in the hospital setting and help apply it to the home setting. Strive prides itself on the implementation of its adaptive sports programs, as well as its leisure and recreation opportunities offered to increase the quality of life of those with disabilities. Not only is Strive a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities, Strive is also a proactive consultant for independent businesses, hospitals, municipal, county, state and national entities. Services are provided throughout Michigan and Florida with consideration of expanding nationally soon.
