Summit Pointe helps those with mental health issues and developmental disability reclaim their independence, regain confidence and learn skills necessary for success. Education is provided to enhance individual skill and help individuals realize their potential. Services provided include autism services, community treatment, therapy, housing and case management.

Jump-In™ Therapy & Wellness Center Summer Camp

The Jump-In™ Therapy and Wellness Center’s summer camp program focuses on improving foundation skills as opposed to a more cognitive or play model. The summer camp program utilizes a three-hour concentrated activity block of therapy to gain improvements in the neurological system. Campers’ activities involve the use of suspended equipment, gross motor activities, fine motor activities, social interaction, brain gym, language, body work, and pool time.All camp activities are held out of doors if the weather allows.

The Conductive Learning Center (CLC) serves children birth to age 26 with motor disorders related to complications of prematurity, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida or brain injury. Conductive education methodology has a transformative effect on mobility and independence. CLC uses a holistic and intensive approach that combines medical knowledge with educational methods.

Strive Recreational Therapy Services

Strive Recreational Therapy Services provides Recreational Therapy services for individuals with disabilities within their own home and community. Our services bridge the gap from what is learned in the hospital setting and help apply it to the home setting. Strive prides itself on the implementation of its adaptive sports programs, as well as its leisure and recreation opportunities offered to increase the quality of life of those with disabilities. Not only is Strive a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities, Strive is also a proactive consultant for independent businesses, hospitals, municipal, county, state and national entities. Services are provided throughout Michigan and Florida with consideration of expanding nationally soon.
