Unified- HIV Health and Beyond is a multi-service center providing services to residents of Southeast Michigan living with or affected by HIV. The organization provides a resource database and provides the following services: condom distribution, food pantry, syringe access, health insurance navigation, Hepatitis C testing, HIV testing, housing assistance, linkage to care, case management, outreach services, PrEP protects, prisoner re-entry services, statewide HIV/STI hotline, and support groups

Services to Enhance Potential (STEP) is an organization focused on supported employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Services provided include supports coordination, transition, self employment, job placement, skills training and employment services.
The Children’s Serious Emotional Disturbances Waiver (SEDW) provides services that are enhancements or additions to Medicaid State Plan coverage for children through age 20 with SED. The SEDW is a fee-for-service program administered by the Community Mental Health Services Programs (CMHSP) in some Michigan counties. The Manistique Community Treehouse Center promotes the diversity of individuals in the local community, the mental and physical well-being of youth, and inclusion of people of all ages and abilities. The Treehouse provides programs with a unique focus on inclusion for persons with disabilities, the promotion of collaboration with multicultural understanding, and diversity in the counseling process. The Holley Institute, founded in 1993, is devoted to serving the Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing. The Institute is closely affiliated with St. John Hospital & Medical Center and has two facilities. The Center for Communication Excellence located in St. John Hospital & Medical Center serves as the hub for the Institute. It is here that we screen all newborns for hearing loss, set up ASL classes in all of St. John/Providence hospitals, and advocate for the Deaf, in particular our Deaf patients.
The Community Housing Network (CHN) is committed to providing homes for people in need through proven strategies of homelessness prevention, housing assistance and development, community education and referral, advocacy, and additional services. CHN helps people who are homeless, people with disabilities, and anyone in housing crisis. The CHN Housing Resource Center, a one-stop-shop for all things housing, directs people to resources at CHN and other organizations.
MORC, Inc. is a human services organization that coordinates long-term supports for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and the elderly in Southeast Michigan. We coordinate primarily Medicaid funded services that give support in all areas of life including living arrangements, daily life skills, education, employment and community integration. The goal of our services is to empower people to maximize their potential.
